Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Hayley is responsible for the planning, direction and management of the performance of all internal operations supporting the strategic business growth. Her dedication and creativity has enabled the successful streamline of operations to ensure that requirements are met and full support is provided to all clients. Hayley is assertive and enthusiastic, with extensive knowledge of the Clinical Trial industry and an unsurpassed work ethic. Hayley holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Level 7 CMI and a Honours Degree in Law & Criminology.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about being the Director of Operations is the variety of roles which I am able to cover at such a wonderful company as ClientPharma. I love working with such a fantastic team, the family-like environment makes coming into work a pleasure every day. I enjoy the diversity which the clinical trial supply industry offers and being able to part of something that I am truly passionate about. No two days are ever the same and it is exciting to work through the challenges and pressures of such a fast-paced industry.

What is your favourite holiday destination
I thoroughly enjoy exploring new destinations; so far Ubud has been one of my favourite places.

Who is somebody you admire, and why?
A person I admire is Jess Enis-Hill; she is someone who has never given up not matter what the situation. Her attitude to succeed, determination and persistence is something I strive to achieve throughout my career, my personnel life and my goals.
